Dr. Melissa Della Croce DMD

Dr. Melissa Della Croce joined the practice in 2008.  She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. She completed her dental education in 2006 at Temple University School of Dentistry, where she earned a Doctor of Medical Dentistry Degree.

Dr. Della Croce is a fourth-generation dentist, and proud to follow in the footsteps of the previous generations that graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry before her. Dr. Della Croce maintains membership in the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Lititz Ambucs, and National Association of Professional Women. She is passionate about continuing education, and is an active member of PEAK.

She is one of a small percentage of dentists who have achieved their fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Andy Sieger DMD

Growing up in Lititz, Dr. Andy Sieger always knew he wanted to return to Lancaster County to serve his hometown community. He joined the practice in 2015 and feels incredibly lucky to care for smiles in both New Holland and Lititz today.

Dr. Sieger earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State and his dental degree from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry—graduating magna cum laude from both institutions and serving as his dental class president. He then went on to complete a highly regarded General Practice Residency with the VA Northern California Healthcare System.

​

At the heart of Dr. Sieger’s approach is a genuine dedication to his patients and his team. He is incredibly grateful for his outstanding staff and works tirelessly to foster close, trusting relationships with everyone who sits in his chair. Driven to provide a truly first-class patient experience, he frequently travels across the country to pursue elite continuing education and keep the practices at the forefront of modern dentistry.

When he isn't in the office, Dr. Sieger loves golfing, traveling, cooking, and making memories with his wife, Anj, and their two young children.

Dr. Sara Lamichane DMD

Dr. Sara Lamichane joined the practice in 2024, but she has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years. Dr. Sara is a graduate of Manheim Township High School.  She received her undergraduate degree from Bucknell University where she was a member of the collegiate swim team along with the golf team.  She went on to get her dental education at Temple University School of Dentistry, where she earned a Doctor of Medical Dentistry Degree.  After graduating dental school, Dr. Sara honed her surgical skills at a internship in Boston, where she met her husband, Dr. Manny Lamichane.

Dr. Sara provides exemplary service and care to all of her patients.  She is dedicated to continuing the fantastic legacy of both offices in New Holland and Lititz.  Dr. Sara is married to her husband Dr. Manny Lamichane and they have 3 children.  Dr. Sara enjoys cooking, traveling, knitting, spending time with family, and advancing her knowledge of dentistry in her free time.
